An Awesome Review of Magyk by Isaiah

Silas and Sarah Heap are expecting their seventh son and they are ecstatic. He will be the seventh son of a seventh son and they will name him Septimus. A legend says that the seventh son of a seventh son is supposed to be extremely magykal. But right after Septimus is born, a midwife takes Septimus away, saying he has died. Silas is understandably very upset and goes out for a walk in the woods. While on his walk, he stumbles upon a baby girl alone in the woods. He picks up the baby and takes her home.

For ten years, the Heaps raise the baby, Jenna, as their own. There were differences between the Heaps and Jenna, but nobody talked about this. Jenna finds out on her tenth birthday who she really is. She learns that ten years ago when she was born her mom, the queen, was assassinated. Jenna was saved by Marcia Overstrand, an apprentice to the most powerful wizard known as the ExtraOrdinary Wizard. Marcia Overstrand didn't know what to do with the baby so she hid her where she knew that Silas Heap would find her.

Now, the dark side has found the princess Jenna. Marcia Overstrand, who is now the new ExtraOrdinary Wizard, comes to tell the Heaps that evil followers of the dead Necromancer, DomDaniel, are trying to assassinate Jenna. Marcia leads half of the family to stay in the Marshes were their Aunt Zelda, a witch, lives. The other half goes into hiding in the forest. Jenna meets many allies during this book, like Boy 412 from the young army, whose secret identity we find out in the last pages of the book, Magyk. To find out what happens to Jenna and Boy 412, read this book yourself!

I rate this book a 9/10 because it was a fantastic book with a great plot and characters. I deducted one star because it was a very long book and sometimes it was a bit difficult to figure out what was happening and why. .

Here's Tiffany's review of The Body Finder: Basically as the title says, the protagonist is a girl named Violet and she has the ability to sense murdered people. Those senses are all different and are attached to the ones who killed them. She has to use her powers to help find a local murderer with her best friend/ crush, Jay. This book has romance, mystery, violence, and trill. One of the mose unique part of the book is that the author would sometimes have small chapters from the perspective of the murderer, which allows the reader to see how a sick, twisted human being could think. I really enjoyed this book and it's definately a must read for all.

Boxerlover said this about Avatar: This is my favorite movie! I saw it in the theaters with my dad and it was amazing! It keeps you on the edge of your seat and it doesnt even feel 3 hours long! I watched it again at a movie night with some friends and we all agreed that this is a great movie for anyone. It has a lot of action but also some humerous lines that you don't see coming. Great for any age!.
