Senior Wednesdays: Speaking of a Silent Star - The Life and Films of Margarita Fischer
Author and researcher Theresa St. Romain will share a biographical presentation, with film clips, of the actress who starred as Eliza in the famous 1927 movie version of “Uncle Tom’s Cabin.”Offered in cooperation with nine other cultural institutions in Wichita, Senior Wednesdays are designed for active seniors and made possible by the Kansas Health Foundation, a private philanthropic organization dedicated to improving the health of all Kansans.
